El futuro previsto para el sorgo. La prueba se realizó en el congreso de Milán.

El futuro previsto para el sorgo”. Este tema prometedor movilizó a alrededor de 200 especialistas venidos de todo el mundo con motivo del 2º congreso europeo del Sorgo, que se celebró en Milán los pasados 7 y 8 de noviembre. Durante 2 días, investigadores, productores, transformadores, etc. pusieron en común sus conocimientos, experiencias y posibles preguntas.

Todos son unánimes: el desarrollo del sorgo podría ser una oportunidad para Europa, pues este cereal ofrece todas las cualidades que permiten responder a los retos económicos y medioambientales del mañana.
