Submit your poster to the 4th European Sorghum Congress in Budapest, Hungary!
Are you working on sorghum? Share your research and innovations at the European Sorghum Congress to be held on October 8 and 9 at the Budapest Congres Center.
Deadline for submissions: August 29, 2025
Contributions will be displayed in the common area throughout the Congress. They will be presented during a dedicated session on October 9, starting at 9:30 am.
The central theme: Sorghum Processing in the Food, Feed, and Diversification Sectors.

The 4th European Sorghum Congress will be held at the Budapest Congress Center.

Each presentation will include a flash presentation (3 to 5 minutes) and a poster exhibition open to all participants during the two days of the Congress.
Submission procedures:
Please send your proposal by August 29 to the following address:

Your dossier (in English) should include:
- Type of presentation: Oral + A2 poster or poster only.
- A statement of intent (maximum two pages/400 words), including:
– Theme to be addressed
– Title of the study
– Abstract of the study
A committee will be convened to evaluate the proposals and select those to be presented orally or as a poster.
Selected speakers will be invited to attend on Wednesday morning, October 8. They will then be asked to bring their A2-format poster for the exhibition.
